Order Times and Processing

All items are made to order. Therefore, lead time will be between 1-2 weeks, not including shipping time.

Shipping and Handling

All U.S. domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground (1-5 business days) with signature confirmation and insurance (via Shippo/Xcover) included.

Los Angeles Order Pickup

Customers located in the Greater LA area may choose to pickup their order directly from the Goosewood studio in Glassell Park. Please contact hello@goosewood.co to coordinate a pickup date and time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please ensure delivery address is 100% accurate. 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped and do not refund for packages lost, stolen or held in transit. Our shipping rates include signature confirmation and insurance to ensure correct delivery and buyer protection.

Returns & order cancellation  

All sales are final. Returns can be considered on a case-by-case basis. Return cases such as received wrong item or defective item, must be submitted within 7 days. For lost, damaged or stolen items, please contact hello@goosewood.co to initiate the insurance claim process.
