All items are made to order. Therefore, lead time will be between 1-2 weeks, not including shipping time.
All orders will be shipped via UPS with optional, but highly recommended, InsureShield shipping insurance and Signature Confirmation.

Customers located in the Greater LA area may choose to pickup their order directly from the Goosewood studio in Glassell Park. Please contact hello@goosewood.co to coordinate a pickup date and time.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped and do not refund for packages lost, stolen or held in transit. Opting in for Insurance and Signature Confirmation is strongly encouraged.
All sales are final. Returns can be considered on a case-by-case basis. Return cases such as received wrong item or defective item, must be submitted within 7 days. However, if you chose Shipping Insurance, claims can be made with the insurer to protect you as the buyer.
